Rookey, of Oswego, died Sunday in Afghanistan. He is being remembered for his smile and laughter and for his desire to help everybody.

Cause of House Fire Under Investigation

Crews knocked the fire down within minutes containing fire damage to the room of origin and upstairs bathroom with some smoke and water damage to other areas of the house.

State Police Arrest Scriba Man for Inappropriate Touching, Videotaping of Minors
