Quintin Briglin, 19, of Pulaski, was arrested at the Oswego County Correctional Facility for 3 counts of Burglary, 2nd degree, a class C felony and 3 counts of Criminal Mischief, 4th degree, a class a misdemeanor for incidents that occurred on 4/14/12 in the village of Pulaski. He was also charged in connection with several other crimes.

The second edition of the 2012 GENIUS Olympiad will be held at SUNY Oswego June 24-29. Taking part in the Olympiad this year will be students from 49 countries and 32 states.
The theme for the 31st Annual Memorial Day Parade was “AMERICA… WORTH FIGHTING FOR.” Based upon this theme, the judges chose several groups in the parade that best represented this year’s theme. Zachary Menter, parade chairman, announced the following judge’s decisions.
