On March 31 at 4:26 p.m., Gary J. Riley, 50, of 1978 Mexico St., Altmar, was charged with Failed to Yield the Right of Way, Driving While Intoxicated, and Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs.

On March 30 at 8 p.m., William S. Chan Jr., 33, of 70 Jeremy Woods Drive, Southington, Ct., was arrested for fourth-degree grand larceny, a class E felony and petit larceny, a class A misdemeanor.

At 1:30 p.m. March 30, deputies arrested Margaret A. Fellows, 36, of 735 Dutch Ridge Road, Oswego, first-degree offering a false instrument for filing, a class E felony; third-degree welfare fraud, a class D felony; and third-degree grand larceny, a class D felony.
