Fulton Man Sentenced 2-8 Years On Attempted Conspiracy Charge
In county court this morning (Feb. 27), Quentin J. Hicks accepted a plea deal in his case. Earlier this month, he was offered a sentence of 2 to 8 years in state prison if he accepted a deal to plead guilty to second-degree attempted conspiracy. He admitted in court that he tried to hire a hit man to kill his wife, going as far as providing a sketch of the home.
