A public hearing regarding the proposed tax agreement between Nine Mile Nuclear facilities and the Oswego City School District will be conducted on Dec. 13 at 6 p.m. at the Education Center Board Room at 120 E. Fulton has been snow-free all month. But it is December. So things are likely going to change. However, some more warmer temperatures are also on the horizon.
Fulton Mayor Ron Woodward offered a grim hint of the 2012 budget that he will unveil in a few days. He said he’s already cut $600,000 from last year’s $15 million budget and has to find nearly $600,000 more to cut.
“If we’re gonna get through hard times, we’re gonna have to do hard things,” he said.
