Weather Notebook For April 28, 2011
It is now the wettest April (to date) on record in Fulton since the city’s weather observer has been keeping records. And, it looks like more will be added before this month is over.
Association of Chiefs of Police Honor Oswego Officer
The Central New York Association of Chiefs of Police held its annual awards ceremony on Monday at Justin’s Grill in East Syracuse. An Oswego police officer was one of the honorees.
Bookmobile Rolls Into Oswego School District
Throughout the district, books are being collected to help stock the new vehicle. The goal of the program is to encourage youngsters to continue reading over the summer so they don’t lose the skills they learned in school.

Fulton received nearly 2 inches of rain yesterday. That bumps the annual total to 13.19 inches. But – it has been higher.
