OPD Participates In Take-Back Campaign April 30
On Saturday, April 30, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. the Oswego City Police Department will be participating in the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration’s prescription drug “Take-Back” campaign.
School Board To Look At Whole Half-Day Issue
Some board members feel the students would benefit more if parent-teacher conferences didn’t cut several school days in half. Also, a move to extend the superintendent’s contract was tabled. Board members want to discuss the matter more before voting.

Hannibal Board of Education President Matt Henderson resigned suddenly Monday night, a decision caused by what he called the board’s irresponsible decision to adopt a budget.
