The district is in its third year of this continuing program. It is basically a calendar-based system of collecting information so teachers are actually writing down month by month what they are teaching … it’s a way of collecting information in real time, what is being taught in every single grad level.
Reginald Stepp of Syracuse pleaded guilty in Onondaga County Court to felony aggravated cruelty to animals for beating the pit bull puppy so severely that its jaw was nearly ripped off. On Tuesday, he was sentenced to six months in jail.

The New York Lottery today announced Vincent Alfano of Fulton won $25,000 on the Lottery’s Platinum Payout instant game. Alfano’s winning ticket was purchased at the Wilson Farms at 201 W Broadway in Fulton.
