Oswego County Legislators, Local Officials Reject Governor’s Proposals to Cut AIM, Shift Costs to Counties

Starting our 11th year of artwork, the mural project is actively seeking interested youth artists who would like to create a piece of artwork and paint it in a public space in the city of Oswego.
