The arrest stems from the investigation into an ongoing incident that occurred from May 2017 until January 2018 at a business in the town of Constantia. She was in the office of treasurer and allegedly wrote checks to herself in the amount of more than $50,000 and took the cash.
The Winona Forest Recreation Association kicks off its season of winter events Jan. 28 with the Empire State Snowshoe Championship Race and the Stone Wall 5K Walk/Run through the sprawling 9,000-acre state forest in northern Oswego and southern Jefferson counties. “The Winona Stone Wall has evolved into one of the Northeast’s premier snowshoe events,” said race director Rich Shumway.

The revitalization program, launched in Fulton in 2017 based off the Healthy Neighborhood Initiative, offers approved homeowners the opportunity to recapture a dollar-for-dollar match up to $1,000 on funds they use to make exterior home improvements.
