On January 3, the Oswego City School District Board of Education will hold a public hearing regarding the January 10 public vote regarding two propositions. UPDATE: The driver of the vehicle died. The driver has been identified as Michael Harris, 62 years of age, of Hannibal. He reportedly suffered a medical condition that caused the crash.
