The Assembly Minority Conference has worked tirelessly to protect the interests of New York’s disability community and fought hard to ensure educational and career opportunities exist for all New Yorkers.

This weekend, grab your fishing pole and favorite lure and take advantage of National Hunting and Fishing Day on Saturday, September 26.

Under the state’s new, relaxed policy, nursing home visitation can resume if a facility is deemed COVID-free for 14 days, half of the previous 28-day rule that made it nearly impossible for families to see loved ones in nursing homes.

I am calling for a pause on any potential changes to the already burdensome overtime rules in place. Financially harming New York’s farms at this stage might forever cripple our state’s incredible agricultural contributions to the state and the nation; that is simply unacceptable.
