The Oswego State men’s ice hockey team upended Salve Regina in a top-10 battle during the first day of the 13th annual PathFinder Bank Hockey Classic on Friday.

Oswego Speedway officials announced the track’s camping rates will remain the same for the upcoming 2019 season which is scheduled to begin with Supermodified Jim Shampine Memorial Twin 50s on May 25.

The 2019 season at Oswego Speedway will present several exciting changes and additions for race fans, drivers, and teams alike one of which being a completely re-worked program for Friday night of Budweiser International Classic Weekend.

This past weekend the Oswego Girls’ Hockey team traveled to play Saranac – Lake Placid and Franklin Academy.

Lindsey Kelley of Constantia competed this fall on the SUNY Oneonta women’s cross country team. The team competed in eight meets this fall and finished seventh at the SUNYAC Championships.

Brewerton and Fulton speedways’ exciting 2019 schedules are taking shape with major events at both speedways that will give race fans high-speed racing excitement in must-see events.

The No. 8/9 Oswego State men’s ice hockey team hosts a pair of SUNYAC foes this weekend. Oswego (5-2, 3-2 SUNYAC) hosts the Potsdam Bears (5-6, 1-4 SUNYAC) at 7 p.m. on Friday.

The North Eastern Athletic Conference announced that SUNY Cobleskill sophomore Daniel Mullen of Oswego, a Mexico High School graduate, has been named the league’s Men’s Swimmer-of-the-Week for the week ending December 2.

The nationally-ranked Oswego State men’s ice hockey team dropped a conference matchup on the road against No. 2/2 Geneseo on Saturday night.
