Oswego Speedway’s second night of racing as part of a very busy month of July will see one of the most action packed shows of the season Saturday, July 8, when a $1,000 to win Demolition Derby and 67-lap Race of Champions Asphalt Modified Tour special joins a regular program of Novelis Supermodifieds and Pathfinder Bank Small Block Supers.
This Saturday, July 8, Fulton Speedway major marketing partner McDonaldâs Restaurants will present a night of fun and racing on Family Autograph night, one of the most popular nights on the speedway schedule. Not only is it McDonaldâs night at the speedway, their famous Hamburglar will also be making an appearance to meet fans.
The big winners were, Tom Sears Jr. (Modifieds) Jason Barney (ESS Sprints) Alan Fink & Billy Clark Jr. (Sportsman) Chad Homan (Late Models) Jimmy Moyer (Novice Sportsman). Matt Hulsizer would out race Tim Mayne to lead the opening lap of the 35-lap Tracey Road Equipment Modified feature while two and three wide racing was happening behind the leader.
Oswego Speedwayâs Grand Prix 75 is steeped in tradition, and for the first time Saturday night it played host to the Shea Concrete Triple Crown Championship Series presented by ASI Racewear with Dave Shullick Jr. and Michael Muldoon coming out on top of the Novelis Supermodified non-wing field.

Arizona talent Joey Moriarty will be back in action at Oswego Speedway with the Total Seal, Hawk Jr. Chassis No. 51 Supermodified for the first time since Classic Weekend of 2016 as part of July 1âs 75-lap Novelis Supermodified Grand Prix.
âGet your can to the speedwayâ this Saturday night, July 1 as the second Novelis Fan Can Chase of the season will take place outside of the Oswego Speedway from 4:30 – 6 p.m. prior to the start of the racing program.
After a three-week hiatus, Oswego Speedway will return to action this Saturday, July 1, with its annual Independence Weekend Grand Prix special presented by D-Bus and Holiday Inn Express and Suites of Oswego. The action packed program will feature preliminary action for the Novelis Supermodifieds and Pathfinder Bank SBS plus a total of 115 laps of feature action between the two divisions, with the Supermodifieds running a 75-lap main event and the Small Block Supers going 35 laps in distance.
Beginning with Saturdayâs Oswego Speedway Independence Weekend Grand Prix 75, which is a part of the Triple Crown Championship schedule, and Sandusky (Ohio) Speedwayâs MSA event; the month of July will be a busy one for Supermodified fans and teams.
The winged beasts of the Lucas Oil Empire Super Sprints will be at the speedway for night #4 of Donath Motor Worx Speedweek. Annually Speedweek attracts some of the best 360 Sprint Car drivers in the Northeast as they do battle for A-Main wins and the overall champion.
