The term “Instant Classic” gets thrown around a lot in sports, deserved or not. Saturday night at Fulton Speedway in the 35 lap Tracey Road Equipment DIRTcar Modified feature “Instant Classic” was more than deserved when there were four unofficial lead changes in the last two laps and the top three of Larry Wight, Max McLaughlin and Chuck Bower were only separated by .913 of a second at the finish after a drag race off of turn four to the checkers.

With a brand new homebuilt Novelis Supermodified at their disposal, driver Keith Shampine and car owner Chris Osetek are on the brink of a long awaited break through at Oswego Speedway, as they continue to search for the Speedway’s Turning Stone Resort Casino Victory Lane.

This Saturday the Fulton Speedway will come alive with the sights and sounds of high speed dirt track racing presented by TK99 and U-Pull-U-Save Auto Parts.

Oswego Speedway returns to action this weekend with the always exciting Novelis Supermodified Twin 35s presented by Burke’s Do-It-Best Home Centers and A&P Auto Parts along with the first Entergy driver autograph session of the season on Saturday, June 18.

Four weeks into Oswego Speedway’s championship season has already produced three different lead changes in the race for the track championship in the Speedway’s Novelis Supermodified and Pathfinder Bank SBS divisions.

Defending Clone Heavy track champion Jamie Shutts returned to his winning ways on Friday, dominating the State Clone Light field behind the wheel of his No. 2 machine.

It has been a few seasons since Vernon, NY, Modified pilot Willy Decker has been a regular at the Fulton Speedway. In fact it had been since 2012 when Decker picked up a win at the Route 57 speedway.
