Buffalo State tops Oswego State softball team
The Oswego State softball team (4-9, 1-2 SUNYAC) was unable to match Buffalo State’s (8-7, 3-2) offense in the first game of Friday’s doubleheader as the Lakers fell 10-4. Game two of the doubleheader proved to be a slugfest, but the game was suspended due to darkness.

With preparations completed on filming of the epic 2012 “The Run,” Team E Media is excited to announce the Sportsman Channel, reaching into 50 million homes, as the official national network for the mini-series. “The Run” will debut on the Sportsman Channel April 29 and run through the end of June 2013.

The concession stand at Denesha Softball Field in Fulton is available to anyone who wants to lease and operate the stand. The concession stand at Denesha Softball Field would begin when the softball season begins and run through the middle of October.

Oswego State baseball team knocks of top ranked team
After heading into extra innings, the Oswego State baseball team (10-6, 3-1 SUNYAC) used a two-run 11th inning to hold on for a 5-4 win, as the Lakers handed No. 1-nationally ranked Cortland (17-5, 6-1 SUNYAC) its first conference loss of the season Thursday.
