Oswego Kartway was officially voted as CNY Karting’s 2013 ‘Track of the Year’ late Sunday night. The vote, which included input from several area racers, teams, and fans, came right down to the very end with the Kartway nearly edging Frozen Ocean Speedway by a mere three tallies.
