Sears, Welch, Kline, Denton & Albanese All Winners At Fulton Speedway On Windstream Communications Night

Five feature winners graced victory lane at Fulton Speedway during Windstream Communications Family Fun Night last Saturday. Tim Sears Jr., Mike Welch, Joe Kline, Stephen Denton and Lanson Albanese were the feature event winners in their respective classes. And everyone in attendance enjoyed a gigantic fireworks show that concluded the evening.

Coach Ted Beers said, “Our girls played a great game. We came out a little flat footed in the first set, just edging Auburn 25-23, but the second set saw Sarah Stoebner and Rebecca Martin take control.” Martin had nine kills and Stoebner served 22 straight serves as the Bucs won 25-3.

The Oswego jayvee tennis team lost 6-1 to CNS. The duo of Christina Dehm and Katelyn Gurney won 6-4, 1-6, 6-4 for the lone point of the day.
