The event was held to raise funds for conversion of the former Herron’s Fabric Store to Fulton’s first Community Arts Center.

More than a dozen baskets were awarded in a prize drawing held at the close of the dinner.

Grand Prize winner of four baskets was Karla Barnes who received prizes that included an Arts Center basket of signature items, tee shirts from previous productions, complimentary tickets to Irving Berlin’s White Christmas, the first production on the new stage in the new Community Arts Center, two guest memberships and two season passes for the 2019 theatre season.

“We are so grateful for the support of the community,” said Executive Director Nancy Fox. “And, especially Missy LeVea and the Elks Lodge who hosted the event, and local merchants who donated food and prizes. It was good to see old friends come to Sunday dinner and enjoy the fun.”

Next fundraising event for the Community Arts Center will Family Photo Day, November 10, from noon to 4 p.m.

Holidays photos for a Pay-What-You-Can donation will be taken by local photographer Bryan Belrad.

Cast members of White Christmas will be on hand in costume to take group photos as well. The event will be held at the Arts Hotspot, 47 S. First St. in downtown Fulton.
