No amount of pictures can change the fact that ‘Hardly’ Fest is dying…Plans are underway for 2019 ?…Please, pull the plug on this ‘terminally ill’ festival and let it die in peace…
Looks like the kids were enjoying it. Fireworks, live music, pickle chips, and even a duck pond. 50 years ago, it was all about the HUGE Oswego parade and going to the various local county fairs. Can’t imagine a childhood without such things to look forward to, or to look back upon.
When is the last time you went to the oswego county fair. Twenty minutes and you’ve seen the same things as year before. We love harbor fest. Lots to do. Always different. My family wont go to county fair. But spend all day and night for harborfest
