OSWEGO – In Oswego, nothing says “summer†like Rudy’s Lakeside. And what has become a “near end†of summer ritual for folks at St. Luke Health Services, Rudy’s owners Carol and Jason Livsey, and family brought all the fixing’s for a great lunch, featuring Rudy’s favorites like a great fish sandwich and of course – “Texas Hotsâ€.
Rudy’s not only provided the ingredient for the lunch, Rudy’s owner Jason Livesey used the St. Luke kitchen to prepare the meals and St. Luke volunteers and staff served the meals to appreciative residents.
“We at St. Luke offer Carol and Jason Livsey, their family, and everyone at Rudy’s our sincerest thanks for taking time to come and visit with our folks, provide a great meal and making this a special event for our residents,†said Director of Activities Donna Rose. “Our folks have enjoyed the summertime ritual of a visit to Rudy’s for a long time. It is very generous of the Livsey family to bring lunch with all the fixings, and share their time visiting with our folks.â€
