FULTON – Christine Tupe, who tied for first place in last year’s talent competition, will return as a judge for the second annual Arts Fest Talent Competition June 9.
The festival runs from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. with the talent portion taking place from 10:30 a.m. to noon.
Inaugural trophies will be awarded to the top two performers in three age categories.
