Barclay Launches Survey for Business Owners on Proposed $15 Per Hour Minimum Wage

Assemblyman Will Barclay today (Jan. 15) announced his Minimum Wage Survey for business-owners.

The survey, posted on Barclay’s Facebook page, sets out to gain feedback from New York’s business owners on how the governor’s proposed $15 per hour minimum wage would affect their businesses.

“As a public servant, it’s important to me to gain feedback from my constituents on important state issues,” said Barclay. “Many people in my district, including various small-business owners, have contacted my office and expressed their concerns with the governor’s proposed $15 per hour minimum wage increase. For this reason, I launched a Minimum Wage Survey on my Facebook page so business-owners across my district are able to voice where they stand on the proposed minimum wage increase, and how it might affect their businesses. I encourage all business owners to take time to complete this quick survey so that I can do my best to advocate their thoughts, concerns, and suggestions in Albany.”
