Bodley Students Learn From Land Surveyor

FULTON – Students in Jesse Weigand’s construction class at G. Ray Bodley High School recently learned about land surveying from John S. Damiano, of Advanced Information Systems.

Damiano is a locally-licensed land surveyor with 30 years of experience.

Students listened to a brief explanation of his job duties and familiarized themselves with modern surveying equipment to find and set predetermined survey points within the classroom.

The hands-on opportunity proved to be rewarding for students.
