Blessings in a Backpack provides weekend food to hundreds of needy elementary schoolchildren in Oswego.
Church of the Resurrection, the Episcopal church on West Fifth Street, is the lead sponsor of the Oswego program, with assistance from Grace Lutheran Church and other local organizations.
