Oswego, NY – Cantwell & Associates, an affiliate of Oswego Valley Insurance Agencies (OVIA), recently celebrated their first year of business in Clayton, New York, according to Office Manager Robert Cantwell.
“We would like to thank the Clayton community and northern New York for supporting our growth this past year,” said Cantwell. “Our personal and commercial product lines have been a strong point for us, and we greatly appreciate the individuals and businesses who have joined on as clients.”
Cantwell & Associates relocated to new offices at 230 James Street in Clayton during the year, and also hired Joseph Navarra to serve as a marketing/sales representative for their agency.
“It has been a successful first year,” said Cantwell. “We look forward to continuing to grow within our market and delivering quality products and services to this region.”
OVIA was founded in 1997 upon the merger of two longstanding local insurance agencies that provided service to the community since the late 1800s. Dowd & Harrington, Inc. and Streeter & VanSanford, Inc. merged to form OVIA, and today operate six offices in Oswego, Onondaga and Jefferson Counties including Oswego, Fulton, Phoenix, Brewerton, Mexico, and Clayton. Their offices service over 10,000 clients.
