OSWEGO – Wood carver Carl Patrick is being featured as Artist of the Month for June at the Riverside Artisans Cooperative.
He hand carves Celtic knots and other designs from native hardwoods.
According to Patrick, “These rich woods bring life to the designs and other figures I carve, making it the ideal medium for my work. Each figure is unique, with its own distinct personality and character.”
To honor him as June’s Artist of the Month, Riverside Artisans will raffle his hand-carved ornaments.
The winner will receive their choice of two of the popular ornaments, usually available only during the holiday season.
Just stop by the shop at 191 W. First St. to fill out a raffle ticket to register for the drawing at the end of the month.
No purchase is necessary.
The winner will be notified at the end of June.
