Directed by Adam Schmidtmann, the evening’s comedy reprises some of the traditional favorites of the long running successful television show that ran for 11 seasons from September 11, 1967 to March 29, 1978.

The popular show was a television variety and sketch comedy program featuring the comedic genius of Carol Burnett, Tim Conway, Harvey Korman, and Vicki Lawrence.

The show often did takeoffs on popular movies including Gone with the Wind in the now infamous curtain dress scene.

Adam Schmidtmann, seen here in the recent Bye Bye Birdie, returns as both director and actor in the upcoming “An Evening with Carol Burnett.”
