Central Square Middle School Musicians Host Year-End Concert

CENTRAL SQUARE – Music filled the Paul V. Moore High School Auditorium recently as the Central Square Middle School band and chorus presented a medley of songs.

Under the direction of Mark Woods, the seventh grade band began the evening with “Russian Sailor’s Dance.”

The student instrumentalists also performed “Red Thunder” and “Scooby- Doo Where Are You?” before capping off their portion of the concert with Katy Perry’s “Roar.”

Chorus students continued the musical entertainment with a handful of songs under the direction of Kelly McCarthy.

Song selections included “Come to the Music,” “As Long as I Have Music,” and “Everybody’s Blues,” among others.
