Shopping in nature’s market is easy if you know where to look and how to use what is available.

Be part of the “Field to Fork” movement and learn what wild things you can eat – for free.

Think about it – with wild edible there is no GMO and/or additive issues.

Nancy Kaiser will do a Powerpoint in Casey’s Cottage followed by a walk in the woods.

Recipes will be available.

The program is free, but donations are greatly appreciated.
