Twenty-three second-year cosmetology students enrolled in the Career and Technical Education program at Oswego County BOCES helped out recently at Bryant & Stratton College’s Dress for Success event.

The event featured tips on how to gain a polished look, and a professional attire fashion show.
Bryant and Stratton students had the opportunity to have their hair styled by BOCES students, which more than 30 college students took advantage of. A separate station was also set up for makeup and nails.
It was the first year that BOCES was invited to the event, and was a win-win for both the college students getting a free service and the cosmetology students gaining hands on experience.
