Darling Receives Certificate Of Appreciation

OSWEGO – The Oswego County Legislature’s Human Services Committee recognize Kelly Darling for her 25 years of service at last month’s full Legislature meeting.

Darling is a social welfare examiner with the Oswego County Department of Social Services.
