OSWEGO, NY – The sounds of one of the area’s favorite bands will fill the air during the CNY Great Pumpkin Festival as the Domicolo-Barlow Band kicks off the musical entertainment with a live performance on Oct. 2 beginning at noon.
The 19th annual Central New York Great Pumpkin Fest will be held Oct. 2 from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Oct. 3 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Washington Square Park.
The Great Pumpkin Weigh-In will take place Oct. 2 beginning at 10 a.m.
The giant pumpkins will be on display at the CNY Great Pumpkin Festival Oct. 2 only.
The two-day event will also feature a wide variety of entertainment and activities including:
Air Hops, and Face Painting for the kids
Wine and Cheese Tasting
Arts and Crafts Vendors
Carnival Rides and Games
50 / 50 Raffle
In addition there will be live performances each day.
Entertainers scheduled to perform include:
Irish Step Dancers, 11 – 11:30 a.m. Oct. 2
Domicolo / Barlow Band, noon – 2:30 p.m. Oct. 2
The Royal Paynes, 3 – 6 p.m. Oct. 2
The Do Good Swing Band, 11 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. Oct. 3
Larry Stamatel, 2 – 5 p.m. Oct. 3
