Step One Creative, an Oswego-based marketing communications firm, has announced that Leah Folgherait, of Oswego, has joined the agency as a winter intern, according to President Shane R. Stepien.
Folgherait is a sophomore integrated marketing communications major with sociology minor at Ithaca College.
In addition to the internship with Step One Creative, Folgherait is also the treasurer for the Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA) Ithaca College chapter, and a member of the Ithaca women’s lacrosse team.
“I’m so thankful and excited for the opportunity to intern with Step One Creative,” said Folgherait. “The hands-on experience in an office environment is invaluable when preparing to enter the workforce.”
While at Step One Creative, Folgherait will assist in various marketing and public relations projects.
“We’re very pleased to have Leah join us during her winter break, and enjoy being able to continue to offer our interns an active within our advertising and public relations firm,” said Stepien.
