FULTON – Fulton Block Builders (FBB) has notified property owners across the city of their 2026 awards. “This is truly another milestone for FBB and the entire community of Fulton. Since FBB started in 2017, more than 1,800 awards have been made. Even more exciting is the more than $5 million residents have invested into their properties. I’m sure we’ll see more exciting work this year,” said Tina Eusepi, FBB Director.
The Fulton Block Builder project is dedicated to revitalizing neighborhoods one block at a time by building on community strengths rather than simply fixing weaknesses. Property owners working together block by block helps strengthen neighborhoods, build confidence, and create community pride.
That pride is reflected in well-kept lawns, shoveled sidewalks, landscaped yards, fresh paint, holiday decorations, clean windows, and cared-for homes. Pride is the foundation of stable neighborhoods, strong schools, a healthy tax base, vibrant civic life, and a thriving downtown.
With the 2026 awards now announced, any block in the city can begin organizing for 2027. All city blocks are eligible to apply for a Block Challenge Grant, and FBB Ambassadors are ready to help residents get started.
