The farmers’ market is a great place to purchase farm fresh seasonal produce while visiting with your friends and neighbors.

In Fulton, customers will be able to use their Food Stamp cards to purchase $1 tokens for use at the market.

New to the Fulton Farmers’ Market this year is the acceptance of Food Stamp cards.

The service will be available at the chamber’s market booth.

The token system will allow customers to use their Food Stamp cards to purchase $1 tokens, which function as cash within the market.

The program is truly a win-win for the farmers and the community as it has made it easy for farmers to accept the tokens, as same as cash, and redeem them through the market manager.

It also provides community members with convenient access to fresh, high-quality food from local farmers.

Once again, Kylie Casper will serve as the coordinator for the Greater Oswego-Fulton Chamber of Commerce’s Fulton Farmers’ Market.

Kylie will be on-site each week at the market to provide assistance to the vendors and answer any questions visitors may have.
