FULTON – The Fulton Public Library will hold an open house to welcome its new director, Caroline Chatterton, on
Tuesday, November 20.
It will be held from 2 – 6 p.m. at the Fulton Public Library, 160 S. First St.
At the same time, they will recognize Andrew Carnegie’s birthday.
Stop by and have a slice of cake, welcome the new director and honor Carnegie’s birthday.
The cake cutting will be at 2:30 p.m.
It’s sponsored by the Fulton Public Library.

Fulton’s library is one of the nicest historic building around. I always enjoy visiting, even though here in Oswego we have another pretty amazing historic library. Congratulations to the new director and welcome to the community of library patrons!
