FULTON, NY – At a recent Sunrise Rotary Club meeting, Rotarian Diane Cooper-Currier gave an interactive presentation to help with understanding those in poverty status.
The low-income wage earners in Oswego County is more than fifty percent and most of these jobs are service jobs such as fast food restaurants or similar.

Many low-income families make just enough so that they do not qualify for assistance.
