Looking to meet people, have fun, and get in shape without knowing it? Ultimate Frisbee games are about to start up in Fulton!
Ultimate what? Ultimate Frisbee! It’s a field sport, like Soccer. It’s played on a football field, but it’s no contact. Catch the disc in the end zone and you score. No running when you have the disc. Boom, now you know how to play Ultimate Frisbee. We regularly get players brand new to the sport. So even if you don’t know what this is, you can get out there, enjoy the weather and make new friends.
We’ll be playing twice a week. Wednesdays & Sundays at 5:30 pm at Fulton Jr. High School. All ages and experience levels. Guys and girls. Family friendly.
Beyond our regular games, we have special events. For examples, we’ll do an all-Fulton TOURNAMENT on Sunday July 4th. We scrimmage against other neighborhood teams. We’ll do a disc based extravaganza later in the summer where we go play frisbee golf and stuff ourselves at a Chinese buffet.
Miss Onondaga County, Katie Flaherty will be doing the very first throw of the season at our opening day, Sunday May 21st! Come on out!
