Gallagher Swimming Pool Will Open For Season June 26

OSWEGO – The city of Oswego, Department of Parks and Recreation, would like to announce that the Charles E. Gallagher Swimming Pool will open for the 2017 season on June 26 at 12:30 p.m.

Public swim will be between the hours of 12:30 and 5 p.m. and family swim will be held from 5 to 7 p.m.

Fees (resident – non-resident) are as follows:

Youth Day Pass: $1 – $1 (under 18 years old)
Adult Day Pass: $2 – $2
Youth Season Pass: $25 – $35
Adult Season Pass: $35 – $45
Family Season Pass: $55 – $70
Seniors: Free – Free (62 years and older)

Learn to Swim Program: $20 – $30 (per child – per session)
Swimming lessons will again be offered beginning June 26, held in four two-week sessions, (10 children per session).

The sessions are as follows:

The first session runs from June 26 through July 7
The second session runs from July 10 through July 21
The third session runs from July 24 through August 4
The final two-week session runs from August 7 through August 18.

There are two times to choose from to attend. The first is 10 – 10:45 a.m. and the second is 11 – 11:45 a.m. for age groups 4-5; 6-7; 8-9; 10-11; and 12 and up.

Fees for residents are $20 per child, per session; non-residents are $30 per child, per session.

Sign up will be held on June 26th beginning at 10 a.m. at the pool.
