HANNIBAL – Louise Kellogg, a member of the Hannibal Historical Society, will be honored for her 29 years of service as program chair of the organization.
An open house will be held from 3 – 4:30 p.m. on September 23 at the Hannibal Community Center on Oswego Street.
Kellogg has arranged programs for the historical society under seven different presidents, was responsible for the society’s involvement in Old Fashion Days at the Fairley School and chaired Hannibal’s Concert in the Park for many years.
