SCRIBA – Happy Hearts Childcare, a new childcare facility in the town of Scriba, is open and accepting clients.
In celebration, a ribbon cutting was held on September 14.

Happy Hearts Childcare offers programs for children ages 6 weeks to 4 years.
Classrooms are divided by age groups.
Each classroom has its own teacher, as well as age appropriate toys and activities.
Qualified, trained caregivers ensure each child has the proper supervision while at the center.
Smaller class sizes ensure that children receive more individualized attention.
Happy Hearts strives to offer a safe, fun environment where children feel secure, loved and accepted.
Each day will include breakfast, lunch and afternoon snack, play time, nap time, music, art or sensory activity, outdoor play (weather permitting) and story time.
Children will also be taught how to interact appropriately with peers and have many opportunities to use their imagination in structured as well as free play.
Join us for our open house on September 25 from 1 to 4 p.m. at 4 Butternut Drive, Oswego (Scriba).
Happy Hearts Childcare received funding assistance from the County of Oswego Industrial Development Agency, a Small Business Administration 504 loan through Operation Oswego County and NBT Bank.
