FULTON, NY – Enhancement Services Coordinator for OCO Youth and Family Services, Kathleen Knopp (center) receives a certificate of recognition for OCO’s participation in Catholic Charities of Oswego County’s CYO Mentoring Program.

The program matches elementary school children with high school students and provides them with peer support and a positive role model.

Mentors provide friendship, guidance, and support through one on one time and group activities.

Presenting the award are CYO Director, Jim Smiley and coordinator of the CYO Mentoring Program, Stacie Roberts.

  1. Congratulations to Kathleen Knopp for all the good work she continues to do for the youth of our community. As a fellow-member of the Lions Club and also as a mentor, I continue to appreciate her hard work and dedication.
