OSWEGO – On Saturday, August 27, Rita Delong, commissioner of Appeals, New York West, was welcomed back to her home chapter Lake City Victoria Number 205 Order of Eastern Star.
Sixty one members and guests were in attendance including the Grand Matron Jacqueline A. Howlett and Grand Patron Nathan Herenddeen.
Lake City 127 catered the event.
The menu included steak, salad, baked potato, and green beans with cake for dessert.
