The Oswego County Legislature’s Health Committee presented a proclamation to Ellen Holst in recognition of her 16 years of service to the Oswego County Board of Health.
A resident of Bernhard’s Bay, Holst has served as chair and vice chair of the board and is active in several other community organizations.
