FULTON, NY – Don Ross, Fulton Noon Rotary Club member, introduced Linda Rossitier, the treasurer of the Friends of the Fulton Public Library, at a recent Rotary Club meeting.
Linda talked about the upcoming vote to change the library from a city library to a school district library.
The benefits in changing their charter will include: restoring and expanding library hours, purchasing new books and meeting other community needs.
Linda also informed the members of the various ways the library affects and improves our community.
