OSWEGO – St. Luke Health Service residents, staff and kindergarten students from the Oswego Community Christian School gathered in the Riverview Room to enjoy a performance presented by the Light of the World Ballet Company.

The company is based in Syracuse, and consists of a school, trainee program (for high school graduates) and a professional company which consists of ballet dancers who come from all over the world in hope of touching lives through both God and spiritual dancing.
St. Luke hosted the event and welcomed children from the local community Christian school. The performance was made possible through generous donations from Barbara Monette and Mary Ann and Andy Hogan, in loving memory of long-time former resident, Flora Monette.
“The Light of the World Ballet performance was a perfect tribute to Flora and was an event that she would have enjoyed,” said Dona Rose, Director of Activities at St. Luke. “We are glad Oswego Community Christian School students could take part in this event and judging by the smiles on the faces of students and residents alike, the performance was enjoyed by all.”
