SANDY CREEK – Nancy Weber of the Oswego County Farm Bureau presented the 2015 Jan Clark Memorial Scholarship Award to Max Lowery at the Oswego County Fair in July.
Lowery is a member of the Oswego County 4-H program and has shown his prize-winning dairy cows at both the Oswego County Fair and the New York State Fair in Syracuse.
He is a dedicated volunteer for Oswego County Farm and Home Safety Day, and has served as an ambassador for the Oswego County Dairy Promotion Committee.
A graduated senior, Lowery lives on a farm in Pulaski and will study criminal justice in college this fall.
