Megan Holzwarth honored for Academics by Coaches Association

ONEONTA, NY – Megan Holzwarth of Central Square has earned academic honors from the United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association.

Holzwarth was named as a USTFCCCA Schloar Athlete in the sport of cross country for her academic and athletic performance during this past fall semester.

This is Holzwarth’s second time being honored after earning All-SUNYAC and All-Region honors this past fall while helping the Red Dragons finish seventh at the NCAA championships.

Individual honorees must have compiled a cumulative GPA of 3.30 or greater and must have finished among the top 25 percent at their respective regional championships.
