OCB Cosmetology Students Participate in GiGi’s Playhouse Event

Second year cosmetology students enrolled in the Career and Technical Education program at Oswego County BOCES were invited to work at the Under the Clock Over The Rainbow Fashion and Art Show at Driver’s Village in October.

The show benefited GiGi’s Playhouse, a Down syndrome achievement center that offers therapeutic and educational programs free of charge.

The students did hair on American Girl dolls, and then matched the little girls hair to their doll for the “all dolled up” fashion show.
